The Dental Institute for Continuing Education is pleased to offer a small class size with a high instructor: student ratio for optimal learning and retention. If you must cancel your registration, advanced notice is appreciated.

Refunds:

Refunds must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the designated course date so we have sufficient time to notify our waitlisted students. Refunds requested less than 30 days before the course date cannot be accommodated, however, in lieu of a refund we are able to offer you a credit towards a future class (offered within one year) with a 10% administration fee applied. 

Please email support@dicedental.org to finalize your credit and course change OR refund request. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
